Notary Request

If you are the owner or authorized agent for a property and you want assistance with notarizing the “Request for Service,” you can make an appointment for free notarization. 

Notarizations are by appointment and are scheduled on Wednesdays at 3:00pm at the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s Office, 411 West Ocean Blvd, 8^th Floor, Long Beach, CA  90802.  If you park in the parking structure at Broadway and Cedar, bring your parking ticket into the office and we will validate for you. 

You must arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, at 2:55pm, with all of your documents.  You must bring the “Request for Service” form with you, but do NOT sign it yet.  You must also bring a current, valid form of photo ID (like CA drivers license, passport, CA Identification card) for the notarization.
