Rise

With funding from the Long Beach Mayor and City Council, the RISE program was
created to assist residents with post-conviction relief and court diversion. This is a free program, but registration is required to participate.

RISE (Restoration Initiative for Safety and Employment) is a new City of Long Beach
program designed to assist those who are eligible to clear their criminal records.
Additionally, RISE may assist some people with clearing a minor warrant, converting
court fines to community service, enrolling in court diversion or alternative sentencing
programs, finding employment and educational opportunities, and provide other
benefits.
